Elana Amsterdam is a popular food blogger, but she has turned heads with her book The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook. I have personally made some of these wonderful recipes. Easy to follow, simple ingredients with a low glycemic and cholesterol count.

She uses beautiful almonds as her protein, and agave for the sweetness, perfect for people who watch their intake of sugar. Not only does she do deserts but creates main dishes that will knock your socks off.
