Remember, all herbs must be gluten free. Easy as 1-2-3. Keep some on hand for summer! I use this all year around!
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp dried parsley
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp dried tarragon
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp coarse salt (Kosher)
• 1 tsp black pepper (fresh)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp basil
• ½ tsp onion powder
Directions:
1. Crush or grind herbs.
2. Stir in salt and pepper.
3. Store in home canning jar.
4. Label and date.
5. Use on chicken or fish.
6. Coat meat lightly with oil and apply rub.
7. Let chicken stand 30 minutes.
8. Grill
