Ingredients:
- 3 teaspoons flaxseed or flaxseed meal
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions:
- Grind seeds into fine powder with coffee grinder or use flaxseed meal.
- Whisk into boiling water, remove from heat, and let stand for 5 minutes.
*1/4 cup flax mix equals 1 large egg.
