Ingredients:
- 1 cup Crisco or lard of choice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil of choice (most people like Canola)
- 1 cup of all purpose GF flour of choice
Directions:
Mix this all together thoroughly and keep in an air tight container. (I prefer wide glass jars) When you need to use it, just get a pastry brush and rub it on the mixture and paint it on the inside of the pans. You don't have to dust and grease. Just do it all in a couple of strokes.
