Located at 3050 Pio Pico Dr. Ste A, Carlsbad CA. 92008 is a wonderful upscale yet casually elegant restaurant you may want to try located in North County. They have incredible food for regular people, but not to worry, they also have Shushi and Sashimi for those of us that are gluten free.
I ordered up my own Shushi roll (pick what you want) and it was delicious. There is salad and tea. Ask for the gluten free Tamari sauce and your good to go. They have an upstairs section and two lower ones to dine in so take your pick. It is a bit pricey but when your out it's hard to get picky if your gluten free. Besides, the food is excellent.
