Namaste Foods has a Gluten Fre Homestyle Coating Mix and it is as simple as 1-2-3. I kid you not. It has 2-clear plastic bags with 2- Packets of Coating Mix. Nothing could be simpler. You can use water, milk, egg wash, whatever you want to coat the chicken or pork with, and drop it into the bag. Shake it around like the old Shake and Bakes and put it on the pan to either bake, fry or both!
It comes out with a moist inside and crispy outside with tons of flavor. I think this would be a good choice for camping. It's made in a 100% dedicated facility and has no gluten, wheat, soy, corn, potato, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy or casein. And.....after all that, it still tastes good. Oh and did I mention Non-GMO and all natural with no preservatives too.
Oli, you are always full of so much great GF info. I'll check out the Namaste mix. I love to hear that is is GMO-free.
