Just tried MIMICCREME when I made pudding today. I have to say I was very surprised at the way it handled. Acts just like regular cream. The tast will blend with whatever you make. I can't wait to try this with my fettuccini recipe next time. They have other creamers too. It looks like they even have one for ice cream! Oh yum! I have had cashew cream at fancy raw/vegan restaurants and have really liked them. I was always lazy about attempting to make it at home. Who knew you could buy it?
