NibMor makes an organic drinking chocolate with no refined sugar, dairy, gluten or GMO's! Coconut Palm Sugar is low glycemic and has a mild sweet taste that enhances the chocolate. I got a package to try out and I was sold. It's some of the best tasting drinking chocolate around. I happend to use almond milk in mine, I have tried soy milk (but I try to stay away from GMO's), but if you have it, try it out with coconut milk or creme....wheeeewww! So velvety rich, I can't tell you. It's a must try. No marshmallow needed.
*It is however, manufactured in a facility that handles wheat, eggs, milk, tree nuts and soy. I found that I didn't have a problem with it...I am allergic to gluten, milk and corn.
